Golf clubs in the southern region of Tasmania all seek to provide options for recreation, exercise and friendly competition in some of the most beautiful settings. GST brings clubs together to promote those shared values.

Welcome to Golf South Tasmania
The vision for GST is to bring together and promote golf at all clubs in southern Tasmania, whether the courses have 18 holes or 9 holes, no matter if they have small, medium or large numbers of members.

COMPETITIONS
The annual Southern Open is GST's flagship regional competition, and we are keen to broaden the range of open competitions that we offer
PENNANT
Traditionally the centrepiece of interclub competition, GST supports a number of pennant golf competitions, including women's pennant, Sunday pennant and senior midweek pennant
JUNIOR PROGRAMS
The future of golf lies with young players, so resourcing and driving opportunities for young golfers is a very high priority for GST
REPRESENTATION AND SUPPORT
Our commitment to democratic representation and advocacy is a keystone of the GST organisation
